I was thrilled with the service from picking up the phone to completion of the job. The chap that tuned up (Tony) was likeable and friendly and our carpets are spotless. He managed to remove a black shoe polish stain with ease, money well spent. I would certainly recommend in the future.

Adchem have been out to clean our carpets for the last few years and we have always had good service.
